C-T Utility Department

The C-T Utility Department is tasked with billing and collecting the water and sewer charges on behalf of the Collegeville-Trappe Joint Public Works Department (CTJPWD) and Collegeville-Trappe Municipal Authority (CTMA). There are several options to pay your water and/or sewer bill. You may mail your payment to the C-T Utility Department or drop it off at their office located at 220 West First Avenue, Trappe, PA. Should you need to contact the office, please call 610.489.2831.

Past Due Accounts

At CTUD we work with our customers to make bill paying manageable.

If you are having problems paying your bill please call us today at: 610-489-2831

However, if you become delinquent in payment you can expect:

Penalties will be imposed on any balance over 30 days at a rate of 10% on the overdue balance.

Accounts with past due balances greater than 30 days may be subject to municipal lien and/or service termination. There will be fees for shutoffs and lien filings.

Meters

If your meter is leaking or making noise, please call us at 610.489.2831 to schedule a meter repair. All our technicians will arrive in a red vehicle.
